  WARNING!!! I had set up an appointment to have an aftermarket car stereo installed on 06/06/17 for my wife's birthday. I get to the business and an employee tells me that the owner is in Florida and they don't know how to install a stereo. The employee tells me that the owner has done this before to another customer. He proceeds to also tell me that no one else that works there knows how to install a stereo. Needless to say, I'm totally pissed that they couldn't even call me to cancel the appointment and save me and my wife from driving 20 miles to get to Jacksonville and back home. What kind of person runs a business like this and doesn't have the common courtesy of calling you to cancel the appointment? Obviously, it's someone who doesn't care about their customers. Hi Tech needs to take the Audio off their business name because apparently Tinting is all they can do. Save yourself the time and trouble, and avoid this business and the jerkoff that runs it and go to a reputable company that knows how to treat their customers.
