  My hubby rented me a bed from there. They gave us their word that it would be delivered the very next day since they could not do same day. I asked several times if they would give me a time frame. They told me three different times over the phone and in their office that it would be between 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. I called throughout the day and then their time changed from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. . So then closer to 8 p.m. the store closes and still no bed. And I have already paid for it and now it's been 2 days and no bed. Explain to them that he had to run it for my daughter and that I am disabled and I moved into my new address and I needed to bed so they knew my entire situation but still no bad. So the Jacksonville store needs a horrible rating on their customer service and their lack of honesty by giving their word out and being complete Liars.
